Delivery & pickup of this stunning bar trailer, complete with a beautiful 6-foot pine wood serving bar that makes an unforgettable statement at any event.
A spacious 6x4 ft service window features two built-in ice wells, giving your 1–2 bartenders ample room to work efficiently. The trailer also includes a customizable solar-lit chalkboard menu, countertop, and a convenient handwashing station to keep everything running smoothly.
The matching back bar, crafted from the same pine wood, provides plenty of storage for supplies while maintaining a cohesive, polished look. Behind it, the lush greenery wall with customizable lighting adds a breathtaking backdrop — with multiple settings like syncing to the beat of your music while matching your event colors. Cups, straws, napkins, garnish sticks, and garnish trays NOT included.
Every detail is designed for convenience and presentation:
- A completely self-sufficient onboard water system eliminates the need for venue hookups — no drips, no spills, no mess where guests stand.
- Flexible power options: interior lighting is solar powered, while greenery wall lights can run from a standard outlet or portable battery, depending on your venue.
- Photo Op: The back door of our bar trailer can transform into a photo wall for your event! For an additional $25, we’ll include a beautiful greenery wall. Any additional décor—balloons, signage, graphics, etc.—must be provided and set up by the customer.

Menu consultation, cups, straws, napkins, garnish, and garnish sticks are not included with trailer-only rentals. However, when you add professional bartender(s), these services are included at no extra charge — helping you craft the perfect menu for your event at no extra cost. Ice is an additional $100 per event.

Our bartenders will dress to match your events' theme or wear our uniform - it's completely up to you!

For everyone’s safety and legal protection, our mobile bar trailer must be delivered and picked up by us. This is because the trailer is only covered by our insurance when it is being towed by our own vehicle. If it were pulled by another vehicle, it would not be insured in the event of an accident, damage, or injury.
By handling the delivery ourselves, we make sure:
- The trailer is transported safely and properly.
- Insurance coverage remains valid.
- You’re fully protected from liability during transport.
Once it’s set up at your event location, the trailer is entirely yours to enjoy for the rental period.
The mini bar however may be picked up and dropped off by our clients.
